Stamford School was first established in 2009.  It has operated from its own premises from the start – a school set amongst the lush greenery of the Allegro Altura Complex, making it a most conducive learning environment.

Stamford School:  Inviting classrooms, Well-resourced Library, Computer Lab, iPads, Music Room, Dance Room, Canteen, Garden, Basketball Court and Multi-purpose Hall, Soccer Field, Canteen, Outdoor Playground, Preschool Gym, Preschool Indoor Play Area, Preschool Sand, Water and Light Tables.

Until December 2014, Stamford School was known as Stamford International School. Due to a change in the national regulations in December 2014, schools that are similar to Stamford were no longer allowed to use “international” in their school name. In essence, Stamford has remained the same.

Stamford School looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

Biology TeacherRequirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Biology or related field
  • Teaching experience at least 1 year.
  • Prefer experience with Cambridge Curriculum, IGCSE and ‘A’ level
  • Prefer experience with Lesson Plan.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking/listening, writing and reading).

Art teacherRequirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Minimum S1) in Art or related field.
  • Teaching experience at least 1 year.
  • Prefer experience with Cambridge Curriculum, IGCSE and ‘A’ level
  • Prefer experience with Lesson Plan.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking/listening, writing and reading).

Job Description
  • Make lesson plan
  • Teaching in-line with the curriculum and yet with innovations
  • Contribute to documenting students learning
  • Developing a range of teaching and learning strategies to engage children from different cultures
  • With support show how each students strengths and interests are being supported in the curriculum
  • Contribute to assessment based on promoting children learning
