ELF English Course is a place for children to learn, using conceptual teaching methodologies which explore their brain abilities in a fun interactive environment. We believe that education should focus on values and thinking ability - as values will lead on moral behavior, and thinking ability will lead on intellectual behavior.
PT Eka Lentera Filosofi (ELF) located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, is a place for children to learn, using conceptual teaching methodologies which explore their brain abilities in a fun interactive environment. We stimulate children’s brain in adsorbing knowledge through many ways spread from Arts Performing, Story Telling, Modeling, and Mind Mapping to Games Playing. We teach English as the main subject, not only the language itself but far wide beyond that such as Mathematics, Science, Social Values, Arts and Motor skills.
As each child may not have same development speed, we are devoted to continuously fulfill the children’s education needs following on each of their unique progress. Through technology, we also provide easy access for parents to know their children development progress as part of our services. And all of that together in a whole package we provide to aim in providing the best education for the children.

Job description:
- English Teacher is responsible to ensure learning objectives are achieved for all assigned students
- He/she must do all necessary preparation and deliver lesson as per required in lesson plan with specific method that suitable for the respective students
- Manage class to ensure learning effectiveness
Requirements :
- At least Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Fresh Graduate or experience of 1 until 2 years in teaching children from 2.5 years old
- Passionate in teaching and genuinely love children
- Good communication skill, team player, hardworking and willing to continuously learning
- Able and willing to teach Math and Science in English is an advantage
